Trunk / Liftgate Switch: Service and Repair





REQUEST SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [ADVANCED KEYLESS ENTRY AND START SYSTEM]

Driver-side/passenger-side

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Remove the front door trim. Front Door Trim Removal/Installation

3. Remove the front outer handle. Service and Repair

4. Remove the screws A, then remove the handle seat and plate.

5. Remove screw B, then remove the request switch.






Liftgate

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Remove the nut, then remove the request switch from the liftgate.

3. Install in the reverse order of removal.
