Trunk / Liftgate Lock Cylinder: Testing and Inspection
TRUNK KEY CYLINDER SWITCH INSPECTION 1.
Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Removal and Replacement 2.
Remove the trunk end trim.
Service and Repair 3.
Remove the trunk key cylinder switch.
Service and Repair 4.
Inspect for continuity between the trunk key cylinder switch terminals.

If not as specified, replace the trunk key cylinder.
