CAMSHAFT END PLAY INSPECTION [WLT-1, WLT-2, WL-3]

1.  Install the camshaft cap. (See CYLINDER HEAD ASSEMBLY (I) [WLT-1, WLT-2, WL-3].)

2.  Measure the camshaft end play.

•  If it exceeds the maximum specification, replace the cylinder head or camshaft.

0.20 mm {0.0079 in}

3.  Remove the camshaft cap. (See CYLINDER HEAD DISASSEMBLY(I) [WLT-1, WLT-2, WL-3].)
