INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [WLT-1, WLT-2]

Warning

•  A hot engine and intake-air system can cause severe burns. Turn off the engine and wait until they are cool before removing the intake-air system.

1.  Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2.  Remove the front mud guard. (See FRONT FENDER PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Remove the injection pipe. (See INJECTION NOZZLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [WLT-1, WLT-2].)

4.  Remove in the order indicated in the table.

5.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

Air Intake Pipe Removal Note

1.  Remove the EGR valve and EGR pipe before removing the air intake pipe. (See EGR SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [WLT-1, WLT-2].)
