FUEL-FILLER LID AND OPENER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. To remove the fuel‐filler lid opener cable, perform the following and turn over the front floor covering.
- (1) Remove the driver-side front seat. (SeeFRONT SEAT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

- (2) Remove the driver‐side front scuff plate. (SeeFRONT SCUFF PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

- (3) Remove the driver‐side front side trim. (SeeFRONT SIDE TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
-
- (4) Remove the driver‐side rear scuff plate. (double cab, stretch cab (with rear access system)) (SeeREAR SCUFF PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

- (5) Remove the driver‐side B‐pillar lower trim. (double cab) (SeeB-PILLAR LOWER TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

- (6) Remove the rear seat. (double cab) (SeeREAR SEAT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
-
- (7) Remove the back upper trim. (SeeBACK UPPER TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
-
- (8) Remove the back lower trim. (SeeBACK LOWER TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
-
- (9) Remove the B-pillar trim. (regular cab, stretch cab (with rear access system)) (SeeB-PILLAR TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

- (10) Remove the C-pillar trim. (double cab) (SeeC-PILLAR TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

- (11) Remove the mudguard.

2. Remove in the order indicated in the table.
3. Install in the reverse order of removal.
