DTC U0064[88] CAN Communication Malfunction (CAN 3 Bus Off) (Central GateWay)

1. DTC U0064[88] description

The central gateway control unit communicates the control information and diagnosis information with each control unit, instrument panel cluster, etc., via the Body CAN communication circuit. If the central gateway control unit detects a malfunction in the Body CAN communication circuit, the DTC is set.

2. Condition for setting DTC U0064[88]

Condition for running the DTC

  • The battery voltage is 10 V or more.
  • The ignition switch is ON.

Condition for setting the DTC

  • The central gateway control unit detects a Bus OFF status in the Body CAN communication circuit for a predetermined length of time or more.

3. Action taken when DTC U0064[88] sets

  • A current failure is set.
