DTC C1305[9E] HDC Switch Stuck ON (ABS/ESC)

1. DTC C1305[9E] description

The hill descent control switch is installed to the center console. By operating the hill descent control switch, the hill descent control function can be turned ON/OFF. When the EHCU detects that the hill descent control switch is stuck ON, this DTC is set.

2. Condition for setting DTC C1305[9E]

Condition for running the DTC

  • The ignition switch is ON.

Condition for setting the DTC

  • The EHCU detects a hill descent control switch ON status for 60 seconds.

3. Action taken when DTC C1305[9E] sets

  • Hill Descent Control inhibition (Models with ESC)
