Replacement part

1.  Remove the following parts:

(1)  Front fog light (with front fog light) (See FRONT FOG LIGHT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(2)  Front ultrasonic sensor (with front ultrasonic sensor) (See FRONT ULTRASONIC SENSOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(3)  Headlight cleaner hose (with headlight cleaner system) (See HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(4)  Headlight cleaner cover (with headlight cleaner system) (See HEADLIGHT CLEANER COVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(5)  Headlight cleaner actuator (with headlight cleaner system) (See HEADLIGHT CLEANER ACTUATOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(6)  Radiator grille (See RADIATOR GRILLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

2.  Disassemble in the order indicated in the table.

1	Front fog light cover (with front fog light) Hole cover (without front fog light)
2	Front fog light cover garnish (with front fog light) Hole cover garnish (without front fog light)
3	Front bumper bracket
4	Towing hook cover
5	Cap (with license plate holder)
6	License plate holder (with license plate holder) (See Rivet Removal Note.)
7	Front bumper face

3.  Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.

Rivet Removal Note

1.  When removing the rivet, perform the following procedure:

(1)  Secure the rivet pin from the front bumper face side using needle-nose pliers.

(2)  Use the following drill diameter.

Drill diameter:

4.9 mm {0.19 in}

Caution

•  If an inappropriate drill diameter is used, the front bumper face may be damaged.

(3)  Remove the rivet flange using a drill and remove the rivet.

(4)  Remove any rivet shavings from the front bumper face and license plate holder.
