WINDSHIELD WASHER HOSE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

Windshield Washer Hose A (Front Fender)

1.  Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

2.  Remove the front over fender.(See FRONT OVER FENDER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Remove the mudguard (RH). (See MUDGUARD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

4.  Disconnect the windshield washer hose A from the washer motor.

5.  Remove the windshield washer hose A from the washer tank hook. (See Windshield washer hose A installation note.)

6.  Remove the windshield washer hose A from clips A and B.

7.  Disconnect the windshield washer hose B from the joint pipe A.

8.  Remove the windshield washer hose A.

9.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

Windshield washer hose A installation note

1.  When installing the washer hoses to the washer tank hooks, install them with the upper end of the marks aligned to the hooks.

Windshield Washer Hose B (Cowl Grille)

1.  Remove the windshield wiper arm and blade. (See WINDSHIELD WIPER ARM AND BLADE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

2.  Disconnect the joint pipe A from the windshield washer hose A.

3.  Remove the cowl grille. (See COWL GRILLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

1.  Disconnect the windshield washer hose B, C, and I from the joint pipe B.

2.  Disconnect the windshield washer hose I from the windshield washer nozzle (RH).

3.  Disconnect the windshield washer hose C from the joint pipe C.

4.  Disconnect the joint pipe C from the windshield washer hose D.

5.  Disconnect the windshield washer hose D from the joint pipe D.

6.  Disconnect the joint pipe D from the windshield washer hose E.

7.  Disconnect the windshield washer hose E from the joint pipe E.

8.  Disconnect the joint pipe E from the windshield washer hose F.

9.  Disconnect the windshield washer hose F from the joint pipe F.

10.  Disconnect the joint pipe F from the windshield washer hose G.

11.  Disconnect the windshield washer hose G from the joint pipe G.

12.  Disconnect the joint pipe G from the windshield washer hose H.

13.  Disconnect the windshield washer hose H from the windshield washer nozzle (LH).

1.  Disconnect the windshield washer hose B, C, and I from the joint pipe B.

2.  Disconnect the joint pipe H from the windshield washer hose I.

3.  Disconnect the joint pipe H from the windshield washer hose J.

4.  Disconnect the windshield washer hose J from the windshield washer nozzle (RH).

5.  Disconnect the windshield washer hose C from the joint pipe C.

6.  Disconnect the joint pipe C from the windshield washer hose D.

7.  Disconnect the windshield washer hose D from the joint pipe D.

8.  Disconnect the joint pipe D from the windshield washer hose E.

9.  Disconnect the windshield washer hose E from the joint pipe E.

10.  Disconnect the joint pipe E from the windshield washer hose F.

11.  Disconnect the windshield washer hose F from the joint pipe F.

12.  Disconnect the joint pipe F from the windshield washer hose G.

13.  Disconnect the windshield washer hose G from the joint pipe G.

14.  Disconnect the joint pipe G from the windshield washer hose H.

15.  Disconnect the windshield washer hose H from the windshield washer nozzle (LH).

4.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
