FRONT FENDER INSULATOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

Front Fender Insulator No.1

1.  Remove the front over fender. (See FRONT OVER FENDER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

2.  Remove the front mudguard. (See MUDGUARD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Pull out front fender insulator No.1 towards the underside of the vehicle.

4.  Install in the reverse order of removal. (See Front Fender Insulator No.1 Installation Note.)

Front Fender Insulator No.2

1.  Remove the front over fender. (See FRONT OVER FENDER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

2.  Remove the front mudguard. (See MUDGUARD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Move front fender insulator No.2 in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure and remove it.

4.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

Front Fender Insulator No.1 Installation Note

1.  Align front fender insulator No.1 with the cowl side reinforcement weld bead and assemble.

2.  Verify that the front end of front fender insulator No.1 does not overlap onto the trim line of the cowl side reinforcement.
