1. Measure the gap and height difference between the door and the body.

Standard clearance

a: 2.6-4.3 mm {0.11-0.16 in}

b: -0.7-1.0 mm {-0.02-0.03 in}

c: 2.6-4.3 mm {0.11-0.16 in}

d: -0.7-1.0 mm {-0.02-0.03 in}

e: 3.0-5.0 mm {0.12-0.19 in}

f: -1.0-1.0 mm {-0.039-0.039 in}

g: 3.0-5.0 mm {0.12-0.19 in}

h: -1.0-1.0 mm {-0.039-0.039 in}

i: 3.2-5.2 mm {0.13-0.20 in}

j: -1.0-1.0 mm {-0.039-0.039 in}

k: 3.5-5.5 mm {0.14-0.21 in}

m: -0.8-1.2 mm {-0.03-0.04 in}

• If the measured value exceeds the standard clearance, adjust using the following procedure:

1. Loosen the door hinge installation bolts and adjust the door.

2. Tighten the door hinge installation bolts. (See FRONT DOOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.) (See REAR DOOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3. If the door does not open/close smoothly, loosen the front door lock striker installation screws and adjust the door. (See FRONT DOOR LOCK STRIKER ADJUSTMENT.)

4. Spray or pour water on the door and surrounding area using a hose or a high pressure car wash machine, and verify that there is no water leakage.

5. If you adjust the front door, perform the 360° view monitor system aiming. (With 360° view monitor system) (See 360°VIEW MONITOR SYSTEM AIMING.)
