REAR BUMPER REINFORCEMENT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. Remove the following parts:

(1) Disconnect the negative battery cable. (SeeBATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [L8, LF].)

(2) Trunk end trim (See TRUNK END TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(3) Partition board. (See PARTITION BOARD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(4) Trunk side trim. (See TRUNK SIDE TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(5) Rear combination lights. (See REAR COMBINATION LIGHT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(6) Rear bumper (See REAR BUMPER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

2. Remove the nuts, then remove the rear bumper reinforcement.

3. Install in the reverse order of removal.
