1	VERIFY PCM DTCs •  Verify the PCM DTCs using the M-MDS. (See ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTIC TEST [ZJ, ZY].) (See ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTIC TEST [MZ-CD 1.6 (Y6)].) (See ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTIC TEST [MZ-CD 1.4 DI Turbo].) •  Are any DTCs displayed?	Yes	Go to the applicable DTC inspection. (See DTC TABLE [ZJ, ZY].) (See DTC TABLE [MZ-CD 1.6 (Y6)].) (See DTC TABLE [MZ-CD 1.4 DI Turbo].)
		No	Go to the next step.
2	VERIFY PCM •  Clear the DTCs using the M-MDS. (See CLEARING DTC [ADVANCED KEYLESS AND START SYSTEM].) •  Verify the advanced keyless and start system DTCs using the M-MDS. (See DTC INSPECTION [ADVANCED KEYLESS AND START SYSTEM].) •  Is the DTC U0401:68 displayed?	Yes	Replace the PCM, then go to the next step. (See PCM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [ZJ, ZY].) (See PCM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZ-CD 1.6 (Y6)].) (See PCM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZ-CD 1.4 DI Turbo].)
		No	DTC troubleshooting completed.
3	VERIFY DTCs •  Clear the DTCs using the M-MDS. (See CLEARING DTC [ADVANCED KEYLESS AND START SYSTEM].) •  Verify the advanced keyless and start system DTCs using the M-MDS. (See DTC INSPECTION [ADVANCED KEYLESS AND START SYSTEM].) •  Is the DTC U0401:68 displayed?	Yes	Replace the keyless control module. (See KEYLESS CONTROL MODULE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [ADVANCED KEYLESS AND START SYSTEM].)
		No	DTC troubleshooting completed.
