POSSIBLE CAUSE				•  Necessary procedures were not performed using the M-MDS after replacing PCM. •  Keyless control module malfunction •  PCM malfunction

Diagnostic Procedure

Step	Inspection		Action
1	VERIFY DTCs •  Clear DTCs using the M-MDS. (See CLEARING DTC [IMMOBILIZER SYSTEM (ADVANCED KEYLESS AND START SYSTEM)].) •  Verify DTCs using the M-MDS. (See DTC INSPECTION [IMMOBILIZER SYSTEM (ADVANCED KEYLESS AND START SYSTEM)].) •  Is a DTC displayed for either the keyless control module or PCM, or both? ―  U0001:88	Yes	Perform troubleshooting according to the corresponding DTC inspection. (See DTC U0001:88, U0073:00 [MULTIPLEX COMMUNICATION SYSTEM].)
		No	Go to the next step.
2	EXAMINE KEYLESS CONTROL MODULE AND PCM •  Perform programming of immobilizer system-related parts only when replacing the PCM (See IMMOBILIZER SYSTEM-RELATED PARTS PROGRAMMING [ADVANCED KEYLESS AND START SYSTEM].) •  Clear DTCs using the M-MDS. (See CLEARING DTC [IMMOBILIZER SYSTEM (ADVANCED KEYLESS AND START SYSTEM)].) •  Verify DTCs using the M-MDS. (See DTC INSPECTION [IMMOBILIZER SYSTEM (ADVANCED KEYLESS AND START SYSTEM)].) •  Are DTCs output again? ―  Keyless control module: B10DA:62 ―  PCM:P1260:00	Yes	•  Replace the keyless control module and program the immobilizer system-related parts. (See KEYLESS CONTROL MODULE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [ADVANCED KEYLESS AND START SYSTEM].) (See IMMOBILIZER SYSTEM-RELATED PARTS PROGRAMMING [ADVANCED KEYLESS AND START SYSTEM]) •  Go to the next step.
		No	Go to Step 5.
3	EXAMINE PCM •  Clear DTCs using the M-MDS. (See CLEARING DTC [IMMOBILIZER SYSTEM (ADVANCED KEYLESS AND START SYSTEM)].) •  Verify DTCs using the M-MDS. (See DTC INSPECTION [IMMOBILIZER SYSTEM (ADVANCED KEYLESS AND START SYSTEM)].) •  Are DTCs output again? ―  Keyless control module: B10DA:62 ―  PCM:P1260:00	Yes	•  Replace the PCM and program the immobilizer system-related parts. (See PCM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [ZJ, ZY].) (See IMMOBILIZER SYSTEM-RELATED PARTS PROGRAMMING [ADVANCED KEYLESS AND START SYSTEM].) •  Go to the next step.
		No	Go to Step 5.
4	VERIFY AFTER REPAIR •  Clear DTCs using the M-MDS. (See CLEARING DTC [IMMOBILIZER SYSTEM (ADVANCED KEYLESS AND START SYSTEM)].) •  Verify DTCs using the M-MDS. (See DTC INSPECTION [IMMOBILIZER SYSTEM (ADVANCED KEYLESS AND START SYSTEM)].) •  Are DTCs output again? ―  Keyless control module: B10DA:62 ―  PCM:P1260:00	Yes	Inspect DTC P1260:00. (See DTC P1260:00 [ZJ, ZY].)
		No	Go to the next step.
5	VERIFY THAT NO OTHER DTCs ARE PRESENT •  Verify if other DTCs are displayed. •  Are any other DTCs output?	Yes	Perform the corresponding DTC inspection.
		No	DTC troubleshooting completed.
