CLUTCH PEDAL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1.  Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2.  Separate the steering shaft.

3.  Remove in the order indicated in the table.

4.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

3	Clutch master cylinder (See CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
4	Wiring harness
5	Accelerator cable (See Accelerator Cable Installation Note.)
6	Pedal assembly (See Pedal Assembly Installation Note.)
7	Pedal pad

Pedal Assembly Installation Note

1.  Begin to tighten with nut A.

2.  After installing the pedal assembly, inspect the clutch pedal. (See CLUTCH PEDAL INSPECTION.)

Accelerator Cable Installation Note

1.  After installation, inspect and adjust the accelerator cable.(See ACCELERATOR CABLE INSPECTION/ADJUSTMENT.)

Clutch Switch Installation Note

1.  Insert the new clutch switch into hole of the pedal bracket until the switch stops.

2.  Rotate the clutch switch 45° clockwise.

3.  Verify that the clutch switch is locked securely.
