DTC P0087:00

Fuel pressure - too low

DETECTION CONDITION
•  The PCM monitors the fuel pressure using the fuel pressure sensor. If the fuel pressure sensor output voltage is less than 0.424 V after starting or stopping the engine, the PCM determines that the fuel pressure is too low.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
•  Leakage or clogging in fuel line
•  Restriction or damage in fuel filter
•  Fuel pressure sensor malfunction (built-in common rail)
•  Fuel injection pump learned values reset improper
•  Fuel metering valve malfunction (built-in supply pump)
•  Supply pump malfunction
•  PCM malfunction
