1.  Connect the M-MDS to the DLC-2.

2.  Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.

3.  Verify that the current sensor output voltage (PID: ALT_CUR_S) within the specification. (See ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTIC TEST [MZR 1.3, MZR 1.5].) (See PCM INSPECTION [MZR 1.3, MZR 1.5].)

•  If not as specified, replace the following:

―  Negative battery cable (CVT) (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR 1.3, MZR 1.5].)

―  Current sensor (With current sensor and MTX) (See CURRENT SENSOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR 1.3, MZR 1.5].)
