Purpose

•  The electrical supply unit (ESU) performs control of the trunk lid release actuator, rear wiper, fuel-filler lid lock actuator, brake light, licence plate light based on the input signal from the BCM.

•  The control content of the electrical supply unit (ESU) is as follows.

Cargo compartment light
The ESU illuminates/turns off the cargo compartment light based on the signal from the BCM.

Liftgate opener
The ESU operates the liftgate opener actuator based on the signal from the BCM.

Rear wiper
The ESU operates the rear wiper motor based on the signal from the BCM.

Fuel-filler lid lock system
The ESU operates the fuel-filler lid lock actuator based on the signal from the BCM.

Rear combination light
The ESU operates the brake light, license plate light based on the signal from the BCM.
