CRANKSHAFT POSITION (CKP) SENSOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZ-CD 1.6 (Y6) (EURO4 emission level)]

1.  Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZ-CD 1.6 (Y6)].)

2.  Remove the drive belt. (See DRIVE BELT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZ-CD 1.6 (Y6) (EURO4 emission level)].)

3.  Remove the lower timing belt cover. (See TIMING BELT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZ-CD 1.6 (Y6) (EURO4 emission level)].)

4.  Remove in the order indicated in the table.

1	CKP sensor connector
2	CKP sensor installation bolt
3	CKP sensor

5.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
