FRONT DOOR UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Remove the following parts:

(1) Inner garnish (See INNER GARNISH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(2) Regulator handle (vehicles with manual window system) (See REGULATOR HANDLE REMOVAL.) (See REGULATOR HANDLE INSTALLATION.)

(3) Front door trim (See FRONT DOOR TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(4) Front beltline molding (See FRONT BELTLINE MOLDING REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(5) Front door glass (See FRONT DOOR GLASS REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(6) Front door speaker (See FRONT DOOR SPEAKER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(7) Rod protector (See FRONT DOOR KEY CYLINDER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3. Remove the rod from the front outer handle and front door key cylinder.

4. Disconnect the power outer mirror connector.

5. Disconnect the front door wiring harness connector.

6. Remove the tab, then remove the front door wiring harness bracket.

7. Remove screws A, B, and the fastener.

8. Remove the front door unit.

9. Install in the reverse order of removal.
