1. Remove the front scuff plate. (Driver's side) (See FRONT SCUFF PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
2. Remove the front side trim. (Driver's side) (See FRONT SIDE TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
3. Remove the lower panel. (See LOWER PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
4. Remove the screws.
5. Remove the lower column cover.
6. Remove the ignition key illumination.
7. Detach the fit of the upper column cover from the meter hood rubber.
8. Remove the upper column cover.
9. Install in the reverse order of removal.
