BUMPER STIFFENER LOWER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1.  Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

2.  Remove the set plate. (See SET PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Remove the front bumper. (See FRONT BUMPER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

4.  Remove the fastener.

5.  Remove the screws.

6.  Remove the bolts.

7.  Push the hooks in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure and remove them.

8.  Pull the bumper stiffener lower in the direction of arrows (1), (2) shown in the figure, detach the hooks.

9.  Remove the bumper stiffener lower in the direction of arrow (3) shown in the figure.

10.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
