RADIATOR GRILLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1.  Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

2.  Remove the following parts:

(1)  Set plate (See SET PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(2)  Front bumper (See FRONT BUMPER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(3)  Headlight cleaner hose (with headlight cleaner system) (See HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(4)  Active bonnet sensor wiring harness (with active bonnet) (See ACTIVE BONNET SENSOR WIRING HARNESS REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

(5)  Front ultrasonic sensor short-cord (with parking sensor system) (without active bonnet) (See FRONT ULTRASONIC SENSOR SHORT-CORD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Remove the bolts. (with active bonnet)

4.  Remove the bumper retainers. (with active bonnet)

5.  Remove the fasteners.

6.  Remove the screws.

7.  Remove the screws.

8.  Partially peel back the front bumper cover No.1 while pulling out the pins.

9.  Remove the hooks in the order of arrow (1), (2) shown in the figure.

10.  Pull the radiator grille in the direction of the arrow and remove it from the front bumper while pulling out the pins.

11.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

12.  Perform 360° view monitor system aiming. (with 360° view monitor system) (See 360°VIEW MONITOR SYSTEM AIMING.)
