FRONT SIDE SPEAKER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

Caution

•  If the procedure is performed while holding the front side speaker cone, it could deform the cone causing a malfunction. Therefore, perform the procedure while holding any part other than the cone.

Driver-side

1.  Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

2.  Remove the meter hood No.2. (See METER HOOD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Remove the side speaker grille. (See SPEAKER GRILLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

4.  Remove the screws.

5.  Disconnect the front side speaker connector.

6.  Remove the front side speaker.

7.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

Passenger-side

1.  Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)

2.  Remove the side speaker grille. (See SPEAKER GRILLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Remove the screws.

4.  Disconnect the front side speaker connector.

5.  Remove the front side speaker.

6.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
