HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1.  Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.5].) (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.5 (WITHOUT i-stop)].) (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-D 2.2].)

2.  Set the mudguard aside. (See MUDGUARD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Remove the front bumper. (See FRONT BUMPER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

4.  Remove the headlight cleaner hose from hooks.

5.  Remove clips and headlight cleaner hose as a single unit from the front bumper.

6.  Remove the headlight cleaner hose from the headlight cleaner actuator.

Note

•  If the headlight cleaner hose is removed, the washer fluid may leak out. When removing the headlight cleaner hose from the headlight cleaner actuator, place a container under the headlight cleaner actuator to collect washer fluid, and perform the procedure.

7.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
