DETECTION CONDITION
|
ACC monitor input circuit voltage less than threshold (2.2—6.5 V) is detected for 1 s, while ACC relay output circuit is active
|
POSSIBLE CAUSE
|
• MIRROR 5 A fuse malfunction
• Connector or terminal malfunction
• Short to ground in wiring harness between relay block terminal 2B and keyless control module terminal 2A
• Relay block malfunction
• Open circuit in wiring harness between relay block terminal 2B and keyless control module terminal 2A
• Keyless control module malfunction

• Clear the DTC from keyless control module memory using the M-MDS.
• Perform the advanced keyless entry and push button start system DTC inspection using the M-MDS.
• Is the DTC U3004:11 present?

Perform the DTC U3004:11 inspection.

No
|
Go to the next step.

INSPECT FUSE
• Switch the ignition to off.
• Disconnect the negative battery cable.
• Remove the MIRROR 5 A fuse.
• Inspect the MIRROR 5 A fuse.
• Is there any malfunction?

Yes
|
Replace the MIRROR 5 A fuse, then go to Step 8.
|
No
|
Go to the next step.

|
INSPECT RELAY BLOCK CONNECTOR CONDITION
• Disconnect the relay block connector.
• Inspect the connector and terminals (corrosion, damage, pin disconnection).
• Is there any malfunction?
|
Yes
|
Repair or replace the connector or terminals, then go to Step 8.
|
No
|
Go to the next step.

INSPECT KEYLESS CONTROL MODULE CONNECTOR CONDITION
• Disconnect the keyless control module connector.
• Inspect the connector and terminals (corrosion, damage, pin disconnection).
• Is there any malfunction?

Yes
|
Repair or replace the connector or terminals, then go to Step 8.
|
No
|
Go to the next step.

INSPECT ACC MONITOR INPUT CIRCUIT FOR SHORT TO GROUND
• Install the MIRROR 5 A fuse.
• Inspect for continuity between relay block terminal 2B (wiring harness-side) and body ground.
• Is there continuity?

Yes
|
Repair or replace the wiring harness for a possible short to ground, then go to Step 8.
|
No
|
Go to the next step.
|

INSPECT RELAY BLOCK
• Inspect the relay block.
• Is there any malfunction?
|
Yes
|
Replace the relay block, then go to Step 8.
|
No
|
Go to the next step.

INSPECT ACC MONITOR INPUT CIRCUIT FOR OPEN CIRCUIT
• Inspect for continuity between relay block terminal 2B (wiring harness-side) and keyless control module terminal 2A (wiring harness-side).
• Is there continuity?

Yes
|
Go to the next step.
|
No
|
Repair or replace the wiring harness for a possible open circuit, then go to the next step.
|

|
VERIFY TROUBLESHOOTING COMPLETED
• Make sure to reconnect the disconnected connectors.
• Reconnect the negative battery cable.
• Clear the DTC from keyless control module memory using the M-MDS.
• Perform the advanced keyless entry and push button start system DTC inspection using the M-MDS.
• Is the same DTC present?

Yes
|
Repeat the inspection from Step 1.
If the malfunction recurs, replace the keyless control module, then go to the next step.

No
|
Go to the next step.
|

VERIFY THAT NO OTHER DTCs ARE PRESENT
• Are any DTCs present?
|
Yes
|
Go to the applicable DTC inspection.
|
No
|
DTC troubleshooting completed.
