FUEL-FILLER LID OPENER LEVER AND CABLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1.  Remove the driver-side B pillar trim. (See B-PILLAR TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

2.  Remove the fuel-filler lid opener. (See FUEL-FILLER LID OPENER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Remove the fuel-filler lid opener lever bolts.

4.  Remove the rear seat bracket. (See REAR SEAT BACK REMOVAL/INSTALLATION, REAR SEAT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

5.  Remove the rear seat cushion.

6.  Remove the pin and position the carpet out of the way.

7.  Disconnect the fuel-filler lid release lever cable.

(1)  Release the cable conduit.

(2)  Disconnect the cable.

8.  Remove the fuel-filler lid release lever cable.

(1)  Remove the cable locator.

9.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
