PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
• Perform the "DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE".
• Is same DTC present?

Yes
|
Go to next step.
|
No
|
Intermittent concern exists. Go to INTERMITTENT CONCERN TROUBLESHOOTING procedure.

|
INSPECT POOR CONNECTION OF IGNITION COIL CONNECTOR
• Turn the ignition switch off.
• Disconnect the ignition coil connector.
• Inspect for poor connection (such as damaged, pulled-out pins, and corrosion).
• Is there any malfunction?
|
Yes
|
Repair or replace terminals, then go to Step 9.
|
No
|
Go to next step.
|

|
INSPECT IGNITION COIL NO.1 AND NO.4 ELECTRICAL MALFUNCTION
• Inspect the ignition coil No.1 and No.4.
• Is the ignition coil No.1 and No.4 normal?
|
Yes
|
Go to next step.
|
No
|
Replace ignition coil No.1, then go to Step 9.
|

INSPECT CONTROL CIRCUIT FOR SHORT TO POWER
• Turn the ignition switch to the ON position (engine off).
• Measure voltage between the following terminal and body ground:
• Is the voltage B+?
|
Yes
|
Repair or replace wiring harness, then go to Step 9.
|
No
|
Go to next step.
|

INSPECT CONTROL CIRCUIT FOR SHORT TO GROUND
• Turn the ignition switch off.
• Inspect for continuity between the following terminal and body ground:
• Is there continuity?

Yes
|
Repair or replace the wiring harness, then go to Step 9.
|
No
|
Go to next step.
|

|
INSPECT POOR CONNECTION OF PCM CONNECTOR
• Turn the ignition switch off.
• Disconnect the PCM connector.
• Inspect for poor connection (such as damaged, pulled-out pins, and corrosion).
• Is there any malfunction?

Yes
|
Repair the terminals, then go to Step 9.
|
No
|
Go to next step.
|

INSPECT CONTROL CIRCUIT MALFUNCTION FOR OPEN CIRCUIT
• Inspect for continuity between the following terminals:
• Is there continuity?
|
Yes
|
Go to next step.
|
No
|
Repair or replace the wiring harness, then go to Step 9.
|

INSPECT POWER CIRCUIT MALFUNCTION FOR OPEN CIRCUIT
• Inspect for continuity between the following terminals:
• Is there continuity?

Yes
|
Go to next step.
|
No
|
Repair or replace the wiring harness, then go to Step 9.

|
VERIFY TROUBLESHOOTING OF DTC P0351 COMPLETED
• Make sure to reconnect all disconnected connectors.
• Clear the DTC using WDS or equivalent.
• Perform the KOER self-test.
• Is same DTC present?

Yes
|
Replace the PCM, then go to next step.
|
No
|
Go to next step.
|

|
VERIFY AFTER REPAIR PROCEDURE
• Perform the "AFTER REPAIR PROCEDURE".
• Are any DTCs present?
|
Yes
|
Go to applicable DTC troubleshooting.
(See DTC TABLE [L3 R.H.D.].)

No
|
Troubleshooting completed.
