1. Remove the wheel cylinder. (See WHEEL CYLINDER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
2. Remove the wheel hub. (See REAR AXLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
3. Remove the backing plate.
4. Install in the reverse order of removal.
