Compressor Speed Sensor: Service and Repair

Refrigerant compressor
Remove, install

Screws (106 and 107)
Unscrew, screw in.

Plug housing (114)
Open and remove both pins for speed sensor,insert.

Locking ring (110)
Remove, install.

Speed sensor (L1)
Pull out, insert. Renew O-ring (111) and coat with cold-flowing oil.

Refrigerant
Pour into refrigerant compressor at service valve (arrow) and check refrigerant compressor for leaks using leak tester.

Air conditioning system
Evacuate, refill, check function and check for leaks Testing and Inspection
