Micro Switch

Connect a vacuum tester as described in step 4. With an engine speed of approximately 1200 RPM, operate micro switch.
a. Pressure on EGR valve should drop to zero and pressure control flap should move into its basic position.
b. Actuate micro switch, pressure control flap should move into its basic position.
c. If flap moves or does not move into its basic position, proceed to step 6.
