Spring Plate




Removal:
1. Remove V-belt.






2. Position holding rod for spring plate and loosen nut.

Attention! Refrigerant system remains filled.






3. Loosen four fastening screws (arrows) from refrigerant compressor on holder.






4. Place refrigerant compressor on tube or the like as assembly aid (arrows).






5. Screw puller into spring plate and pull spring plate from compressor shaft.

Installation:






6. Place spring plate on compressor shaft and tighten nut.






7. Check gap dimension and correct with spacing washer.






8. Fasten refrigerant compressor with four fastening screws (arrows) on holder.
9. Install V-belt.
10. Check air-conditioning system for function. Testing and Inspection
