Spring Plate




Removal:
1. Remove fan and fan shroud.
2. Release tension on poly-V-belt and remove.






3. Use pin wrench to retain spring plate and loosen nut.






4. Screw removal device into the spring plate and remove spring plate.

Installation:
5. Place spring plate on compressor shaft and tighten nut to 16 ± 1.0 Nm.






6. Use feeler gauge to check gap/use shims to correct.
7. Install and tension poly V-belt.
8. Install fan and fan shroud.
9. Check operation of air conditioner. Refer to "Function Test". Testing and Inspection
