Switch-Over Valve

Replacing Air Pump Switchover Valve:

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
1. Remove cover of coolant thermostat housing.
2. Unplug switchover valve (Y32 and Y27) couplings.
3. Mark and remove vacuum lines.
4. Remove nuts (arrow).
5. Remove switchover valves as a unit (Y32 and Y27).
Y27 = EGR switchover valve
Y32 = Air injection switchover valve
6. Install in reverse order.
7. Read and erase HFM-SFI control module fault memory.
