Compressor Speed Sensor: Service and Repair

Refrigerant compressor
remove, install. Service and Repair

Bolts (106 and 107)
screw out, screw in.

Plug connector housing (114)
open and remove both plug pins for speed sensor, insert.

Retaining ring (110)
remove, install.

Speed sensor (L1)
pull out, install. Renew O-ring (111) and moisten with refrigerant oil.

Charge with refrigerant
allow refrigerant to flow into refrigerant compressor at service valve (arrow) and check refrigerant compressor for leakage with leak detector.

Air conditioning system
evacuate, charge and check for proper function and leakage.
