Emergency Unlocking Function

In the event of an accident the vehicle doors are unlocked automatically by a crash sensor integrated into the PSE. The unlocking operation is started with a delay time of 8 - 11 s. The emergency unlocking function interrupts all other functions performed by the PSE, which become active again only after the ignition is switched off. The emergency unlocking function is active only on vehicles which have been unlocked from outside.
