Electric Suction-Type Fan Control Module (Engine/A/C)



The electric suction-type fan control module (engine/A/C) (N76) switches the engine/A/C electric fan (M4/3) on.

The control module for the electric suction-type fan (engine/A/C) (N76) receives input information on the coolant temperature and refrigerant pressure.

The control module for the electric suction-type fan (engine/A/C) (N76) compares these values with stored values and increases the speed of the electric suction-type fan (engine/A/C) (M4/3) from 20 % for basic ventilation (with A/C compressor ON) up to 100 % under the following conditions:
- Refrigerant pressure > 13 bar
- Coolant temperature > 103 °C

The speed is set back to 20 % basic ventilation under the following conditions:
- Refrigerant pressure < 12 bar
- Coolant temperature < 100 °C
