Estimated Time Of Arrival Calculation Is 12 hours Longer Than Actual ETA
It is possible that during Navigation route guidance COMAND might calculate the ETA 12 hours longer than actual ETA. This symptom if it arises most likely would occur when the route guidance will pass through noon time. This symptom does not occur when the clock on COMAND is set to the 24-hour time mode. If you encounter this condition, do not replace the COMAND unit. The condition can be addressed if the customer consents to setting the COMAND unit to the 24-hour time mode. The supplier is currently working on a software update to address the symptom in the standard time mode. This DTB will be amended when the software is available.
