S16/6 Kickdown switch

Engine 111, 112, 113, 119, 120, 137 up to approx 6/02 and Engine 166: on closed contact the ground is switched to the engine control unit
As of approx. 7/02 (without Engine 166): Kickdown recognition is performed via the signal of the accelerator pedal sensor.
