Function of Manual Window Up/Down Control

Function prerequisites
- Voltage not too low or too high and
- Circuit 15 on or circuit 15R on

Function
The manual window up/down function is actuated by pressing the power window switch down to the first catch point in the opening or closing direction. The corresponding door control module then receives a CAN message and actuates the appropriate power window until another switch position is signaled.

Interruption of function
This function is interrupted when
- the power window is locked up,
- the function prerequisites are no longer fulfilled.
