Design

The ETR control module with airbag (N2/2) is located in an aluminum housing. The housing and electrical connector for the control module are designed so that malfunctions resulting from electrical interference in the vehicle electrical system resulting from switching on electrical loads and electro-magnetic interference from public roadways are excluded with a high degree of certainty.
