With the Universal Cell phone Interface (UPCI) system, all calls are made with the cell phone (A34/6) via the hands-free system.

The user has several ways of accepting the call:
^ By pressing the "Accept call" button on the cell phone (A34/6).
^ By pressing the accept/terminate phone call button (S111s3) on the multifunction steering wheel (MFL).
^ By pressing the "Accept phone call" control button at the radio (A2) with code (523) MB Audio 20 radio
^ By pressing the "Accept phone call" control button at the radio and navigation unit (A2/56) with code (525) MB Audio 50 APS radio
^ By pressing the "Accept phone call" control button at the COMAND operating, display and controller unit (A40/3) with code (527) COMAND APS with single DVD drive (with navigation) or with code (530) COMAND APS USA (with navigation system).
