Power windows (EFH):
^ Close/open windows with:
- Recirculated air switch (N18s2, N22s2 or N22/7s2)
- Vario roof actuation switch (S84s1)
- Transmitter key (A8/1) (only on vehicles with code (880a) Locking system with infrared remote control)

Vario roof (VD):
^ Close/open Vario roof (VD) with:
- Transmitter key (A8/1) (only on vehicles with code (880a) Locking system with infrared remote control)

The locking central (CL) is previously unlocked or locked depending on the request for functions accomplished with the transmitter key (A8/1).

Convenience closing/opening when recirculated air switch actuated (N18s2, N22s2 or N22/7s2)
The current positions of the front windows are stored and the windows closed when the recirculated air switch (N18s2, N22s2 or N22/7s2) is pressed and held down.
The rear windows are actuated only when the Vario roof is closed.

The windows are moved back to the stored positions when the recirculated air switch (N18s2, N22s2 or N22/7s2) is again pressed and held down.
The rear windows are closed completely if applicable.

Convenience closing/opening when Vario roof actuation switch is actuated (S84s1)
The two front windows and, when the Vario roof is closed, the front and rear windows, can be opened and closed centrally with the Vario roof actuation switch (S84s1) using the touch control.

Convenience closing/opening when transmitter key (A8/1) is actuated
The central locking (CL) is "locked" or "unlocked" and the windows and, where applicable the Vario roof, are opened or closed when the "lock" button or "unlock" button in the transmitter key (A8/1) is actuated continuously and the key is simultaneously pointed at the left IR receiver unit (A26/1) or right IR receiver unit (A26/2).
