Function
The left electrically adjustable heated outside mirror (M21/1) or right electrically adjustable heated outside mirror (M21/2) can selected on the outside mirror adjustment switch with/without mirror fold-in/out (S50/1) via the left outside mirror adjustment switch (S50/1s6) and right outside mirror adjustment switch (S50/1s7) for adjustment.
The mirror glass of the selected outside mirror can be adjusted vertically and horizontally via the outside mirror adjustment up/ down, in/out rocker panel switch (S50/1s1).

The manual adjustment request is transmitted to the upper control panel control module (N72/1) which relays the information to the left door control module (N69/1) or right door control module (N69/2) via the CAN-B (CAN) bus.
The left door control module (N69/1) then actuates the mirror adjustment motor up/down (M21/1m1) and mirror adjustment motor in/out (M21/1m2). The right door control module (N69/2) actuates the mirror adjustment motor up/down (M21/1m1) and mirror adjustment motor in/out (M21/1m2).
