If the Vario roof is moved manually, ensure that the rear shelf (1) is positioned such that the control arm (3) is completely in the claw (2).
If the lowered Vario roof is moved manually and the control arm (3) is not completely in the claw (2), the claw (2) could break. If it is damaged in this way, the entire Vario roof must be replaced.

The position of the control arm (3) in the claw (2) can be seen and checked via the opening of the flap (4).
