- with CODE (242) Electrically adjustable front passenger seat with memory

Component Identification:






Function requirements
^ Valid memory block number (for driver side only)
^ Terminal 15R ON or
^ Circuit 15 ON or
^ Particular door open.

Function
Seat positions can be stored manually in the following two ways:
^ Press and hold down the memory switch (S22s6 or S23s6). Then briefly press the appropriate memory button (1,2,3) switch (S22s7 or S23s7).
^ Press the memory switch (S22s6 or S23s6) briefly and then release it. Then press the appropriate memory button 1,2,3 switch (S22s7 or S23s7) briefly within 3 seconds.

The driver-side front seat adjustment control unit with memory (N32/1) stores the current position of the seat motors (M27/1, M27/2, M27/3 and M27/5). At the same time, the current positions of the steering column and the outside mirrors are also stored.

The passenger-side front seat adjustment control unit with memory (N32/2) stores the current position of the seat motors (M28/1, M28/2, M28/3 and M28/5).

For the driver side, three positions can be manually stored for each transmitter key. In addition, when circuit 15 is switched off, the current position (last position while driving) is also stored. For the front passenger side, three positions can be manually stored.
