Function
The C-AAC multifunction sensor (B31) records the following measurements:
^ the ambient temperature,
^ the humidity and
^ the concentration of carbon monoxide (CO) and nitrogen oxide (NOx) pollutants in the air that is drawn in and transmits these to the comfort AAC control and operating unit (N22/7).

The measurements from the C-AAC multifunction sensor (B31) are used by the comfort AAC control and operating unit (N22/7) as the basis for climate control calculations, actuating the refrigerant compressor (A9) and controlling the recirculated air. If the pollutant concentration in the outside air exceeds a certain threshold, the comfort AAC control and operating unit (N22/7) switches to 100% recirculated air. When the value drops again the comfort AAC control and operating unit (N22/7) moves the recirculated air flap back to fresh air supply.
