GF54.30-P-2013SKB Output Acoustic Warning Messages, Function

The instrument cluster (A1) has a warning buzzer (A1h1) which
sounds for various malfunctions and operating conditions. An
audible warning signal is issued if one of the following factors
exists:
^ with "Tml. 15R OFF", "Tml. 15C ON" and "driver door OPEN" or "front passenger door OPEN"
^ if a medium or top priority warning message is shown in the upper multifunction display (A1p13)
^ if the vehicle is moving at a speed ≥ 5 km/h or 5 mph and the parking brake is applied
^ with "standing lamps ON", "Tml. 15C OFF" and "driver door OPEN"
^ if the soft top is not locked completely (when starting off or driving for a maximum of 10 seconds)
^ with seat belt warning lamp (A1e9) "ON"

The warning chime for the seat belt reminder warning sounds intermittently (OFF and then ON again at intervals of t on = 5 seconds and t off = 3 seconds) until either the maximum actuation time of t = 93 s has expired or the seat belt warning lamp (A1e9) goes out.
The warning chime sequence for the seat belt reminder warning is deactivated immediately when the driver/front passenger seat belt is fastened. The maximum actuation time of t = 93 seconds continues running in the background. If a belt is unfastened within this time the warning chime is output again.
The seat belt reminder warning is issued once for the journey, but can be set active again when:
^ vehicle speed is higher than 5 km/h
^ driver door status changes ("OPEN", "CLOSED")
