AR46.10-P-0600-10V Detach/attach bearing bracket on jacket tube

Component Identification:

Detach
1 Unclip steering column in/out motor electrical connector (M20/1x1) from bearing bracket (87).
2 Slacken bolts on clamping nuts (87e, 87g) and unscrew clamping nuts (87e, 87g).
3 Remove bolts (87d, 87f) with pilot bushings.
4 Remove bearing bracket (87).

Attach
5 Fit bearing bracket (87).
6 Insert bolts (87d, 87f) with pilot bushings.
7 Screw on nuts (87e, 87g) and fit bolts on clamping nuts (87e, 87g).

The smooth surfaces of the clamping nuts (87e, 87g) must point outwards.

8 Tighten bolts (87d, 87f) H, slacken and retighten
9 Tighten bolts on clamping nuts (87e, 87g).
10 Clip in steering column motor electrical connector (M20/1x1)
