Component Identification:

At electronic ignition switch control unit
When dismantling and fitting the ignition switch cable (1) the EIS [EZS] control unit (N73) must be in key position "0".

1 Press locking catches (1a) together and run out ignition lock cable (1) at EIS [EZS] control unit (N73) in direction of arrow.

Component Identification:

At electronic selector module
2 Raise locking catch (1b) slightly, turn coupling (1c) through 90 degrees in direction of arrow and remove with the ignition switch cable (1) from the electronic selector lever module control unit (N15/5).
